Dulcy was excellent with her read of the market. It was always spot on and she accurately predicted the sale price of our Old Palo Alto home. During the pandemic, when everything was uncertain and no one could predict the market, she was able to put it in perspective. With her guidance, we were able to purchase a light-filled home at the asking price in our targeted neighborhood, before it hit the market. Dulcy helped us buy our first home and it was an incredible experience. We had heard intimidating stories about buying a home in the Peninsula, so we were gearing up for a long, exhausting and disappointing process. But with Dulcy, we got into the house of our dreams faster than we ever thought possible.
In preparation for our house hunt, Dulcy introduced us to all of the neighborhoods that suited our style and needs by driving us to open houses from San Carlos to Los Altos, pointing out local points of interest along the way. She's extremely knowledgeable about real estate in ALL the cities and neighborhoods we were considering and had the connections to get the inside scoop on properties we were interested in as needed. One area in which she surpassed all expectations was her knowledge of the particulars about each school district, from lower school to high school. Being in a good school district was something that was especially important to us, and Dulcy was able to answer EVERY question.

When we bought our house, Dulcy Freeman was the listing agent. A year later, we needed to move and Dulcy was the first person we contacted about listing it. We went to Dulcy for her knowledge of the local market and her familiarity with the house and land. The house went on the active listings in January 2020 when we moved out. Dulcy had the house beautifully staged (she was wonderful at negotiating with the stagers to get us the best deal and presentation possible) and photographed. She had open houses every weekend and there was a lot of foot traffic. However, we then got hit with the COVID-19 pandemic and the housing market came to a stand still. Rather than panic, Dulcy was able to find us a leasee and help us negotiate a lease on our house to get us through this uncertainty. We will certainly use her when we go to relist our house. She has been wonderful to work with!
